fluviagram.com. De dienst wordt aangeboden door Fluviagram (KvK 66020735), Nederland. Wij hechten aan je privacy en verwerken zo min mogelijk
gegevens, uitsluitend om je de app te kunnen leveren.
Welke gegevens we verwerken
E-mailadres — om je account aan te maken en je in te laten loggen.
Worp- en reflectiegeschiedenis — je archetype-uitkomsten en de reflecties die je zelf opslaat,
zodat je ze kunt teruglezen.
Coach-reflecties (alleen premium) — de tekst die je aan de AI-coach voorlegt, om een reactie te genereren.
Betaalstatus — of je een actief abonnement of levenslange toegang hebt (niet je betaalgegevens zelf).
We gebruiken geen analytics of trackingcookies, en we verkopen je gegevens nooit aan derden.
Waar en hoe je gegevens worden bewaard
Je account- en reflectiegegevens worden veilig opgeslagen bij Supabase, binnen de Europese Unie.
Inloggen werkt met een 6-cijferige code per e-mail; we bewaren geen wachtwoorden.
Diensten van derden (verwerkers)
Stripe (Stripe Inc., Ierland) — verwerkt betalingen veilig conform de AVG/GDPR.
Wij zien zelf nooit je creditcard- of betaalgegevens.
Anthropic (Claude) — verzorgt de AI-coach voor premium-gebruikers. Je reflectie wordt verstuurd
om een reactie te genereren. De coach geeft geen psychologisch advies; zijn vragen zijn uitnodigingen om dieper te kijken.
Supabase — host je account en gegevens (zie hierboven).
Je rechten en het verwijderen van gegevens
Je hebt onder de AVG recht op inzage, correctie en verwijdering van je gegevens. Je kunt op elk moment vragen om je
account en gegevens te laten verwijderen door een e-mail te sturen naar info@fluviagram.com.
We verwerken zo'n verzoek binnen een redelijke termijn.

This privacy policy applies to the Fluviagram app (Fluvia Vitae) and the website
fluviagram.com. The service is provided by Fluviagram (Dutch CoC 66020735), the Netherlands. We value your privacy and process as little data
as possible, solely to provide you with the app.
What data we process
Email address — to create your account and let you log in.
Cast and reflection history — your archetype results and the reflections you save, so you can revisit them.
Coach reflections (Premium only) — the text you submit to the AI coach, in order to generate a response.
Subscription status — whether you have an active subscription or lifetime access (not your payment details).
We use no analytics or tracking cookies, and we never sell your data to third parties.
Where and how your data is stored
Your account and reflection data are securely stored with Supabase, within the European Union.
Login works via a 6-digit email code; we store no passwords.
Third-party services (processors)
Stripe (Stripe Inc., Ireland) — securely processes payments in accordance with the GDPR.
We never see your card or payment details.
Anthropic (Claude) — powers the AI coach for Premium users. Your reflection is sent to generate a
response. The coach does not provide psychological advice; its questions are invitations to look deeper.
Supabase — hosts your account and data (see above).
Your rights and data deletion
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. You can request deletion of your account
and data at any time by emailing info@fluviagram.com. We handle such requests within a reasonable time.
