Je kunt op elk moment vragen om je Fluviagram-account en de bijbehorende gegevens te
laten verwijderen. Hieronder lees je precies hoe, en wat er wordt verwijderd en bewaard.
Hoe je een verwijderverzoek indient
Stuur een e-mail naar info@fluviagram.com, bij voorkeur
vanaf het e-mailadres waarmee je bent ingelogd in de app.
Zet als onderwerp: "Verwijderverzoek".
Wij verwerken je verzoek binnen een redelijke termijn (in de regel binnen 30 dagen)
en bevestigen zodra het is uitgevoerd.
Welke gegevens worden verwijderd
Je account en e-mailadres;
je worp- en reflectiegeschiedenis (je Fluviatype-uitkomsten en opgeslagen reflecties);
je coach-reflecties (de teksten die je aan de AI-coach voorlegde);
je premium-/abonnementsstatus in onze database.
Welke gegevens (tijdelijk) bewaard blijven
Betalingen verlopen via Stripe. Wij zien of bewaren zelf geen betaalgegevens, maar
Stripe kan transactiegegevens beperkt bewaren voor wettelijke en administratieve verplichtingen
(zoals belasting). Deze gegevens vallen onder het privacybeleid van Stripe en verlopen na de wettelijke
bewaartermijn.

Delete account and data

You can request deletion of your Fluviagram account and associated data at any time.
Below is exactly how, and what is deleted and retained.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@fluviagram.com, preferably
from the email address you use to sign in to the app.
Use the subject line: "Deletion request".
We process your request within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days)
and confirm once it is done.
What data is deleted
Your account and email address;
your cast and reflection history (your Fluviatype results and saved reflections);
your coach reflections (the text you submitted to the AI coach);
your premium/subscription status in our database.
What data may be retained (temporarily)
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store payment details ourselves, but
Stripe may retain transaction records for a limited period to meet legal and accounting obligations
(such as tax). This data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy and expires after the statutory
retention period.
